Returning AlpagaDuSud is as easy as 1-2-3
– Create a return request by sending your alpagadusud.ca order number (provided in the email confirmation of your order) to firstname.lastname@example.org. In your return request, please also indicate reason for return.
– We will review your request and respond to you via email.
– You will be sent a link to a portal to print out a prepaid return label
– Once we receive your item(s) at our warehouse, we will either: issue you a refund, credit or send a replacement – depending on the situation

We Gladly Accept Returns!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your AlpagaDuSud item(s) for a full refund free of charge within 7 days after delivery. You will be required to pay for shipping back your AlpagaDuSud item(s) for any return made between 8-15 days from the date of delivery. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Please note that items marked Final Sale on their product pages are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Your refund will be processed once the returned item(s) is/are received by our warehouse. Please allow 14 business days from the day your return is shipped for your refund to be processed. The refund will be processed to the method of payment used to make your original purchase. Please note that it may take 1 or 2 full billing cycles from the time the refund is processed to the time the refunded amount appears on your credit card statement.
If the method of payment used at the time of purchase has changed, please note that you will be refunded in the form of store credit only.
If you would like to exchange your IAlpagaDuSud for another size or colour: Please follow the returns process and notify in the email that you are seeking an exchange. A return and purchase process will need to be conducted. Note that if a discount was used in the original purchase, if that discount has expired it can’t be used on the exchange/re-purchase.
